Can you play them in the beta?

Listed for multiplayer and custom battles. This is a test-scope confirmation, not a complete launch roster.

Space Marines, Astra Militarum, Orks and Custom Factions are listed for beta multiplayer and custom battles. Aeldari are excluded from this test. [source]
